Privacy policy

Permit Ready is a small independent tool that helps NSW event organisers work out which council and agency approvals their event may need. This policy explains what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Your event answers. The details you type into the checker (council, crowd size, activities) are used to build your summary and, if you buy one, your report.
• Your email address, if you buy a report — so we can deliver your private download link and help you find your report again later.
• Payment details. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number; Stripe handles that under its own privacy policy.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or share your information with advertisers.
• We don't send marketing email.
• We don't create an account or profile about you.

How your event details are stored

If you buy a report, your event answers and email are stored securely in our database so your report link keeps working and so we can find your purchase if you contact us. If you only use the free checker, your answers stay in your browser and are not saved by us.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about a purchase at any time by emailing em.atkinson.events@gmail.com. We'll action genuine requests promptly.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date.
